Why won't my new Zebra label printer work with all necessary barcode info?

We are struggling with getting our new Zebra label printer to print the needed info on each barcode label. Despite hours of time spent with support with both Shopify and Zebra, we still do not have a resolution. Shopify blames Zebra and Zebra blames Shopify and Socket (barcoded scanner) . The printer is a brand new one bought direct from Shopify. Can’t imagine we’re the only ones having issues. Would love to talk to anyone who has successfully figured out how to format labels to show all info required. We used an older Zebra label printer for many years with another POS without issue, so we are aware of what is possible.
