ive heard of some brands using multiple affiliate platforms and managing gifting thru one app (influencer gift form) so that they can see clearly all their folks in one place and organize them by platform

Shopify Collabs today is quite limited: it’s great for influencer gifting, promo codes, and payouts, but does not yet support sub-affiliates (multi-tier affiliate structures). That’s why many brands (like you) end up using third-party affiliate platforms.

So, AiTrillion does give you ways to cover most of what you need without a separate affiliate platform:
