Woodstock theme: Need help with aligning the menu options in header and remove searchbar

Hello there community! I am using the woodstock theme and I need help aligning options in the menu so that they are in line. I am also looking to remove the search bar.

As I edited the banner size the menu items aligned, but I would like to move them down to align them with the logo and also remove the search option.
