Are there any applications that would allow me to create a discount code that a customer can use that is 1 code but applies % off AND free shipping to their order WITHOUT entering an additional code?
Basically I want a customer to receive “MYCODE” for 20% off + free shipping to use at checkout. I want it to apply to their order with out additional coupon codes needed. It is so simple in other ecomm sites im shocked shopify doesnt have the feature.

If you are on Shopify Plus, Ive created a new solution with Code Connector
It will automatically apply the free shipping discount when your order discount is applied, so users only need 1 code to get both discounts.
As mentioned, it is currently Shopify Plus only, as it requires use of a checkout extension (Plus only).
Hopefully in the future Shopify opens up checkout extensions to other plans.
