I have disgusted with Shopify Support and Legal team. I had a 120 day reserve placed on my account that ended 6/19. Per email from February (it’s now June27th) the payout would be made on 6/19. Upon initial delay, I was told it was due to a bank holiday. Then promised payout on 6/24, then again on 6/27.
How can Shopify impose restrictions and yet not follow their own stated payout after 4 months?
I’ve spent hours and days with Support, Legal, Merchant Support Services and no one can give me a reason this is happening. Furthermore everything I’ve been told so far is inaccurate and essentially a lie. This is fraudulent and at this point I don’t understand how it’s not considered theft.
