So we have been using Shopify for over 3 years and all of a sudden we are getting payouts of .for example a $12.72 order I am getting .24 in my payout. I have never had a reserve on my account and according to their terms for what falls under the reasons for a reserve we don’t have it. It’s insanely frustrating that they are holding money I need for bills and supplies when they never have before. It also is saying the payout for the funds held is 11/12/2099?! Wtf? I contacted support earlier today but this is really bothersome and am wondering if I need to go back to another provider
The same thing is happening to my shop… No idea what is going on. I’m on hold with support and its frustrating. There was no notification or anything I just noticed it.
