4 days ago, the images for my products and thumbnails on my home/product pages disappeared. It only happens on certain IOS devices. However, many customers are complaining so much, that we had to shut down all marketing channels that drive traffic to the store! Is there a fix for this? PLEASE ADVISE ASAP.

i have check all working fine also
I have checked for this issue in real system and browserstack but it is working ok. In which system configuration or browser you are checking?
The issue is happening on both Safari and Chrome browsers, but not firefox.
