From the sound of the email to me that looks like a scam attempt. “we have scheduled your store for disabling”, “you must respond immediately”, “Failure to respond” all increase the sense of urgency and to think about that on not on the reason they provided. “Clone of your store” well if you know it is a clone close that one, right?

But have to ask, did you get that from an email that is from Gmail?
