A system error has occurred and is being investigated. Only on International labels

Trying to print orders and ONLY on international orders am I getting this error:

Shipping label couldn’t be purchased.

Fix the errors for each order and try again.

A system error has occurred and is being investigated.

I’ve tried other browsers, clearing cache, incognito mode, everything. Only if I ship through GoShippo or another retailer can I get labels. I waited two hours between tries and still nothing. Need update.

Have been experiencing this problem since the around 11am (EST) today

It’s only allowing us to print international orders. The site for some reason allowed us to print ONE label successfully(Domestic USA) Then back to not working.

Meanwhile, they try to fix this issue, try this app: PirateShip, available on the Shopify app store

It must be the new USPS shipping rates? Not sure what it is, but I’m also relieved it’s not just me. Hope this gets fixed quick!

70 minute wait for Shopify chat help.

I just got an e-mail that it was only affecting international shipments, but ironically enough those are the only ones I can print. It’s reverse for me xD

Solved.

You can create a shipping label with Shopify App on the phone and then print it as usual.

Works for us.
