Hi! I recently noticed a white bar at the top of the home page and I can’t remove it.
It really worries me because I have ads running soon and I’m worried that this bar will ruin the user experience.
The announcement bar is off by the way.
I would really love some help removing it. My theme is narrative.

I’ve had a look at your site govertjewelry.com and can see the white space you mentioned.
I have a feeling this has something to do with the transparent header, rather than the announcement bar. Let’s try turning it off.
From your Shopify admin head to the theme customizer. This will open up a new window where you’re able to edit the Narrative theme. Open the header section and scroll down to the transparent header. Simply untick, hit save, then open up a new browser and head to your site to view.

I unticked the transparent header and there is still A white space above it.

I just viewed your site govertjewelry.com on both my desktop, and mobile device, and cannot see the white space.
When you’re not able to see a change you’ve recently made, it’s usually an indicator that you need to clear the cache and cookies on your device. If you’re still not able to see the change after clearing cache and cookies, please let me know by responding here.

I am having the same issue, but it is not solved by unticking the transparent header. There is an hashtag on the left of the white line. How to remove it?
