Abandoned Checkout is not adding any new entry for us since last month. We are discussing with Shopify Support and they have suggested to raise with online community as we are using Storefront API.
Our product site (https://www.galloway-macleod.co.uk/)) is built using Storefront API and on Checkout we transfer to Shopify Checkout for billing, shipping, payment and success page. All successful orders are working fine. But in case user have incomplete order at Shopify Checkout pages then those entries were going to Abandoned Checkout.
Since last month entries are no longer going to Abandoned Checkout. They have suggested to look at Customer Privacy API. So, we will try it too.

We have already followed guidelines provided by them here for Managing Cart using Store front.

Please can you provide some insight about this issue and how to fix it.
