I need your help about my abandonned checkout emails.
To clarify the situation:
We want to send automated abandoned cart/checkout emails in two languages (FR and EN) via Marketing Automation.

Customers are automatically tagged based on their language (#wgfrwg and #wgenwg).

We created two separate automations (FR and EN) to test.
Our issues:

The abandoned cart/checkout emails are not being sent during our tests → we don’t receive anything, which prevents us from verifying the setup.

Because of this, we are not even sure if the language logic is working correctly.
What we would like:

Understand why no email is being received during tests with Marketing Automation.

Make sure an email is sent whenever a customer abandons their cart or checkout (at any stage, including payment).

Confirm that the language is handled correctly according to the customer tag.
