Hi, a customer of ours checked out using Shop Pay. They were charged twice. I have tried looking for a phone number to contact them. I have chatted with them, but they do no return my messages. I feel if they are in charge of processing, we should have access to the dashboard in order to see the transaction history, but I don’t believe they allow this. Has anyone else had duplicate charges, and if so, how were you able to get them resolved?
