Hello All!
I have a client that has a hard time seeing the details in the screens in the Shopify Admin area.
Are there any apps that are designed to help with visibility in the Admin area?
Larger fonts? Higher contrast? Audio?
Thanks!

Honest answer, no. The Shopify accessibility apps you’ll see in the App Store all work on the storefront for your customers, not the admin. Shopify doesn’t have an admin level accessibility widget and third party apps can’t inject into the admin UI either, so there’s no Shopify specific fix.

You won’t find much that affects the Shopify Admin UI itself.
Most accessibility apps (like EA• Accessibility ADA WCAG EAA or AI Accessibility – ADA & WCAG) only improve the storefront, not the admin screens.
Browser zoom (Ctrl + / Cmd +) → simplest and most effective
OS-level accessibility settings (larger text, high contrast, screen reader)
Extensions like Chrome accessibility tools
Not a proper fix, but I often use this Chrome extension – User JavaScript and CSS
It allows you to inject your custom CSS to the sites you visit.
So one may override colors on the Shopify Admin interface, change font sizes, etc.
Extension will load these CSS rules automatically when you visit your Admin.
Would need to know CSS and how to apply it though.
So it also may make sense to look for general Accessibility extensions for Chrome.
@ecommerceupshift it’s limitations, and fully Control by shopify backend.
But you can change your browser settings and smartly mange the.. large font, higher contrast and audio too.. smart configurations on your desktop/ laptop..
But, as per my understanding ( no app and setting available on shopify admin panel )
Thank you for your suggested solutions. Everyone just validated what I though was the case. I think Shopify would benefit from adding some accessibility features in the Admin area.
