I deactivated my store about a year ago. I received an email from Shopify stating I would lose the store if it wasn’t reactivated before May 16. I have tried to login into the account to activate it again but my phone has changed and I can’t receive the 6 digit code to get into the account. The help center just keeps telling me to reset the password, which I’ve done multiple times. I’ve asked to speak with a Support Advisor but the message says I must be logged in to an account to speak with a Support Advisor. How can I fix this issue?

You can try reaching Shopify via social media (Twitter/X @ShopifySupport), they often escalate locked-out access cases faster if you DM them with your store info and email and describing your issue briefly .
