I am locked out of my account I no longer have use of the phone number it is synced to…
I am trying to revive my shopify site but cannot log in to do so …can someone assist with removing my 2FA so I may enter and update my information to my new phone number
In this situation you will need to reach out to our live support for help in having this escalated to our account team. The team will need to verify your account ownership in order to disable the two factor authentication.
If you have your recovery codes saved from when you first set up your 2FA you can use those instead to sign in and disable the security feature.

Escalations to our account recovery team can take some time. If you have an escalated ticket then rest assured that our support team will work to get this resolved with you.
