Hi,

Terms and conditions or shipping information, Return and refund policy and privacy policy are there in your website ? Customer can easily find and read those pages ?

I’m sorry to hear about the suspension of your Google Merchant Center account. It can be frustrating, but it’s important to remember that Google’s policies are in place to create a safe and trustworthy environment for all users.

Based on your post, you seem to have covered the key areas that often cause a misrepresentation suspension. However, there are a few other things to consider that may help you get your account reinstated:

  1. Product Details: Make sure that all your product details are accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading. This includes product descriptions, pricing, images, etc. Misleading or incorrect product details are a common cause of misrepresentation suspensions.

  2. Returns & Refunds Policy: Ensure you have a clear and easily accessible returns and refunds policy on your website. This is an important part of providing transparency to customers, and Google may suspend your account if they find it lacking.

  3. Customer Service: Google values a good customer experience. Make sure that customer service information is easily accessible on your site, and that you’re able to provide prompt and helpful customer support.

  4. Website Quality: Google also considers the overall quality and user experience of your website. It’s important to ensure that your site is easily navigable, mobile-friendly, and free of any malicious or harmful links.

After you’ve reviewed and made any necessary changes, you can submit an appeal to Google. Make sure to detail all the changes you’ve made to comply with their policies.

Remember, this process might take some time, and there’s no guarantee of immediate reinstatement. However, ensuring full compliance with Google’s policies will increase your chances. Best of luck!

Hi,

When an account is suspended, it means that Google has found a violation of their policies related to misrepresentation.

To resolve this issue and reinstate your account, I recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Review the Misrepresentation policy: Carefully read Google’s Misrepresentation policy to understand the specific reasons behind the suspension. Identify any potential violations or issues with your product listings or website content.

  2. Correct any policy violations: Once you have identified the potential issues, make the necessary changes to your product listings, website, or any other elements that may have violated Google’s policy. Ensure that your product information accurately represents what you offer, and remove any misleading or inaccurate details.

  3. Appeal the suspension: After addressing the policy violations, submit an appeal to Google. You can usually find the appeal form or contact information within the account suspension notification you received. Explain the steps you have taken to rectify the policy violations and request a review of your account.

  4. Provide supporting documentation: If applicable, provide any supporting documentation or evidence that demonstrates the corrections you’ve made and proves that your account is now compliant with Google’s policies. This could include screenshots, revised product descriptions, or any other relevant information.

  5. Follow up and be patient: Once you have submitted your appeal, follow up with Google to ensure they received your request. It may take some time for them to review your case, so be patient during the process. If you don’t receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, you can reach out to Google’s support team for further assistance.

Thanks
