why i cant deactivate and disable a shipping location. my printify is already link to y shopify i dont understand why my shopify is not using printify as a fullfillment location automatically
Topic summary
-
Issue: Merchant cannot deactivate/disable a shipping location, and Shopify is not automatically using Printify as the fulfillment location, even though Printify is linked.
-
Likely cause: Products expected to be fulfilled by Printify may not be configured to use Printify. In Shopify, the fulfillment service/location (who ships the product) is set per product.
-
Guidance: When importing via Printify, products should default to Fulfilled by: Printify. If they do not, manually change the product’s fulfillment to Printify using the product settings (link provided).
-
Next steps: Share more context so support can verify the setup. If needed, contact Shopify live support for account-level review and assistance (link provided).
-
Status: Unresolved/ongoing. Waiting for additional details from the merchant or follow-up with support. No attachments or code provided.
Hi, @jshhmoke
Thanks for posting to the Forums!
Are you able to provide more context into the situation?
It sounds like your products that should be fulfilled through Printify are not set up that way. Is that correct? When you onboard Printify to Shopify and import your products, the fulfillment should be set to Printify. If for some reason it’s not, you can adjust the fulfillment location within the product to Fulfilled by: Printify.
Unfortunately, it’s difficult to know why/how the products aren’t set up correctly without having access to your account. As such, it may be beneficial to reach out to our live team for support as they will be able to access your account and check your set up.
