Hi everyone -
My company is being sued for ADA compliance.
My question is, has anyone worked with a company that specializes in these lawsuits and helps you get your website up to ADA standards? We have had a number of companies reach out to us, but we don’t know if they are ambulance chasers or actually reputable organizations, so I would like to hear from people firsthand who they used and would recommend.
I do not want to use an app, and we already have a lawyer, so please don’t suggest either of those things. We might use an app in the future to monitor compliance, but right now, we want a hands-on approach with actual humans helping us.
