Add a banner below the video on homepage [Narrative theme]

I am want to add a banner just below the video (header) on the homepage. But I am not getting the best way to align them.

Here are some screenshots:

Also, when tested on mobile devices there is a blank space between banner and video. I have done some changes in CSS to make that video mobile-friendly (responsive).

I just want the best ways to:

  1. Add a banner image (responsive) below the video.

  2. Make the video mobile-friendly.
