Hello, I’m having issues working out how to add data to the fields at the bottom of my products.
Could someone please help me how to add this information, preferably through the “Add Product” page in the back end? Thank you!

I had trouble figuring this out, too. You’ll want to go into editing your site theme and go to your products page; it’s at the bottom of that first “Product Page” accordion. Then you can customize the title & icon of the drop-downs as well as the content. So it seems like you’ll need to make multiple product page templates if you sell items that vary in details.

Thank you - that’s really annoying though. All our products have different specifications, so maybe we just need to remove that feature. It’s silly you can’t add these things in on the product page.

You can add static or dynamic content to these sections.
Open the theme customizer -
In the customizer, navigate to Product > Default Product view.
Select the section you want to customize from the preview and select the “Insert dynamic source” button. If you haven’t added any custom fields for your products it’ll prompt you to add some first.
This is a good video that covers custom meta fields for products too that should help you along. 
You can mix dynamic content with static content in the field if you want to for more robust information display. For example, in Shipping & Returns I included dynamic content first, and then also added a link to my store policies page for a full run-down.
