I’m actually helping some client with the Shopify Prestige Theme 
They created a section called “shop the look” in which we can add 3 hotspot to a picture
Is there a way to add more than 3 hotspot ? 4 would be great, 8 and more would be awesome

The Prestige theme is not a theme developed by Shopify, in fact it is developed by Maestrooo which is a third-party developer team. That’s why we can’t give you the information to add more hotspots to a picture or if it will be implemented one day.
I would advise to reach out directly to the team in charge of this application, you can go directly to their website to get in touch with them or go to the page of this theme on our theme store where you’ll find an assistance section by scrolling down a bit.
I hope you’ll get a fast answer and you’ll be able to add more hotspots to your pictures. In the meantime, how’s your store doing ? Do you have more questions on Shopify ?
