Add-on only products

Hello

We have some products within the assortment that we don’t want to sell as standalone products, we only want them to be purchasable as either;

  • part of a bundle, or;

  • as an “add on” product, sold alongside other products from the “core” range

How can we best achieve this in Shopify?

We already use a bundling app (Pickystory), so that gives us a solution for the first requirement. Do you have any ideas about the second requirement - making the products available to sell only as an add-on with other products, and not as a standalone product?

For that, you need to do this:
You need to do a custom code in you cart or side cart which will prevent only that product to buy. So suppose if someone added that product into the cart as a single then it will automatically remove that product.
