the flow on a product page on this reference website:

When you choose a variant -

its go to the next step and the screen changes…

The reference store is not using an app for the conditional variants. It is hardcoded for the theme.

@annab3 The reference website is not using any app. They have custom built it. For something similar to that you need to hire a developer. If you want I can help you with that. Or try the app suggested by Sweet_savior_3. You can add Inkybay to that list too.
