I have a paypal business account for my shopify store and want to add a paypal smart button which lets customers process their payment via credit or debit card directly without the need to login into their account on paypal. Any suggestions?

Whether or not your customers would be able to check out via PayPal using a card without needing to be signed in would depend on the version of PayPal’s gateway being offered in your region.
If you can confirm where in the world your store is based, I can share a list of all gateways available there so we can check which PayPal offering is available there.
You could also go directly to consulting PayPal support, who would be able to confirm what functionality and what version of their service are available where you are for your account.
Can you tell me a bit more about your store and business, what you’re selling and what stage you’re at?
Are you looking to just offer PayPal to your customers, or would you also have a credit card gateway or other payment methods?
