Once I choose a variant on certain products - the add to cart button goes gray and doesnt allow me to buy.

by the way - ive tried it on a fresh theme, and it works and i tried enabling all apps here and it still works.
So i assume the issue is with the code but im not sure where/how as all changes ive made have been minor etc. trustpilot widgets, background color, only showing one photo in the products page.
any ideas?

To solve this you have to fix this error.
