Adding name to newsletter sign-up on Flow theme

Hi all,

We are hoping to add ‘first’ and ‘last’ names under our newsletter sign-up. At the moment is just allows you to add your ‘email’. We are using the Flow theme. Any advice would be great! Thank you.
