Hello, I’m unable to see my newly added product when viewing the shop. I’ve added it in the Product section, and it’s active however it’s not showing up on either mobile or desktop views. I do see it in the Customizer under products and collections.
It seems to me that I’ve run out of allotted rows as my other additions had no problems showing up after adding them.
I’m using the Dawn theme.
My shop was built by my design team because I’m not a code expert, but it is my job to manage at this point.
I am still having trouble understanding what is the issue. Is your collection showing products manually selected through a section in the customizer? Is that it?
My issue is that I’ve added products that aren’t showing up on my website. I’ve done the same process of adding the product under Products tab as I have with my other products, and while I can see them in the customizer, they aren’t visible in my shop when I look at it on my mobile device or on a desktop. The photos above are of my customizer view and the last of the three is my web shop.
