Ok my question I have the theme Dawn, and I am in the process of editing my products, I get done editing and go look on my site and the products are not there. Now when i’m in the editing page it will not let me put the product in one of my collections and it drops down my home page. How do i get my products to show up in my collections.
Products must be published to the online-sales channel to show in a theme.
Beyond that you want be very specific about where you “editing” things, are you trying to add a product to a collection in the theme editor or the collection admin itself?
While dawn doesn’t do this for some themes the product must be available i.e. have inventory to show in certain areas such as collection grids.
Thank you so much for responding, I’m on the home page under products. I have them all as active even the ones i haven’t edited yet. Under Product organization it says on right hand side, type, vendor, collections. under collections it only drops down my home page, not my other collections how do i get it to do that?? If it would do that i could put them in the collection I wanted them to be in. BUT only the home page drops down. UGGGGGH this is so frustrating. But I’m determined. I have tried everything I think.
Oh yeah there all published to the Online sales channel to.
