I sell furniture and paint. All of my paint is shipped through USPS but the furniture via Uship. I also have an Etsy Shop. Etsy has integration with uship whereby the delivery status gets updated in real time. Can we have that for Shopify for basic? Currently the status of my uship orders never moves to delivered and it is very annoying. I am not asking for the full rate calculation integration which i know comes with a higher subscription. To me having the basic integration is a no brainer.

There is a uShip connector app available in our app store; I’m not sure if you’ve tried it yet. However, according to Uship’s help documentation, the app utilizes Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) for integrations, which requires the Advanced subscription plan or higher, so it may not function correctly without it.

As you noted, carrier integrations are more limited on the Basic plan. I will pass along your use case and feedback to our product team.

thanks i am aware of the app and have installed it but it only serves the
purpose of the calculated shipment which is not available with my plan and
is not my priority. I would simply like to have uship as approved carrier
in the drop down list instead of selecting “others” and ideally the related
integration that shows that it ahs been delivered, like Etsuy has. Etsy
doesnt offer any calculated shipment with Uship, just status update.
