Additional bar above the header in Prestige theme - Toolbar

Hi,

I’m looking for a way to add a toolbar with a menu, phone number and social icons like the one in the pic. I’m using the Prestige theme version 8.2.0 and i can’t find a way to add it.

I try this code but i don’t think it’s the best for what i want :

If you want customize as like you expected, you need to knowledgeable to play with liquid, let me know if you not do it your self.
