I am encountering a loading loop when trying to access the Admin-Settings-Users and Permissions.

No, it just refreshes constantly, no matter if cache is deleted. It’s only on this part of the admin, orders or billing etc are fine. Will wait for more updates.

Have you already tried replicating this in a different browser? I would also suggest attempting this in a private/incognito window or a different device to see if the issue carries out. Apart from the reported 500 admin error, we haven’t received any other reports of continuous loading or refreshing issues.
