Hello, I am writing this message regarding a problem I encountered with the Adscale app. There was an issue with the pixel connection between the app and Facebook, and now the ads that were running smoothly have completely stopped.
The second issue is the lack of synchronization of the catalog for the new products in my store. The problem started 4 days ago.
The app’s technical support only responds 15 to 17 hours after I message them. Their email support has stopped; they do not reply to any email I send.
Another very annoying matter is that my ads have now stopped, and inside the app it tells me that the synchronization is complete, while on Facebook it says that the pixel is disabled. I contacted Facebook support, and they are now trying to resolve the issue.
But has anyone used the Adscale app before? I hope you can inform me about the quality of this company or not, because their ads were very good and running well, but after I reported the issue of catalog synchronization, and it coincided with a problem with syncing the Facebook and Instagram pixel, the ads stopped, and there is no connection anymore, and there is no option in Adscale to re-synchronize again.
Surely, this is managed administratively by a specialized team, but unfortunately, they None of them respond. That is why I wrote a bad review on their Shopify.
If there is any way to solve the problem, please help me because I am very frustrated and panicked and I cannot understand anything.
