If you want the best results, during holiday seasons will get you the best results, assuming the campaigns are correctly setup.
I would start a few months before, so that you can slowly upscale. This will allow you to not spend too much in the beginning, and learn what works and what doesn’t work.
You could even just focus on your top sellers so that you can control your budget. I would start with Performance max so that you don’t have to focus too much on all the little details.
