After Entering Discount Code, "Continue to Payment" button greyout

Issue 1

After entering discount code for Fixed Dollar value discount, “Continue to Payment” button greyout.

Issue 2

After entering another discount code for Free Shipping, “discount code isn’t available for your shipping address”

I have intentionally blank out the address and also phone number and email. So you can exclude those as a possibility towards the error. Appreciate any advice.

Are you using Shopify Local Delivery app?

We have the same issues. We reported this to Shopify team on Friday but no solution even a reply yet.

Looks like we are experiencing the same issue. I still don’t have a solution for that.

I’m using “Supertime” app, but not “Shopify Local Delivery App”. However, the Supertime app told me that Shopify doesn’t allow any 3rd party to customize their checkout page, so the issue would have been with Shopify. I chatted them and they promised to look into it, but never get back. Almost a week now, and we are paying for the subscription :disappointed_face:

Experiencing the same. Cost us a lot in sales as emailed our whole customer base with a discount code only to find people reporting the problem to us. We only tested the code as far as the basket (to check it discounted the right amount). We didnt spot the greyed out button.

We use the local delivery function. Although the code we’re using is for discount on products, not delivery.
