Hi there, I just re-opened my store. I closed it today but I re-opened it today as well. My domain does not seem to be there anymore. I was paying for my shopify domain every year but I have no clue why the domain is gone. When i go on the site it says - Please Help ASAP

You will need to re-connect your domain again in your Shopify account. If you can log in to your Shopify account, simply go to >settings >domains >connect existing domain >enter domain name then, connect or add your domain.
Otherwise, if you are not able to log in to your Shopify account, you will need help from Shopify advisor or support.

Thanks for your response. For context, our Community team can’t access accounts or support tickets from our end, due to privacy and security reasons. Is your store also showing as unavailable as mentioned by the OP or are you just having an issue with the domain?
The store works, I just need to get back the domain. (it’s still legally mine btw) but for some reason it’s on Tucows Domains
Was this ever resolved for you? How long did it take?
