The authors of themes on the Shopify platform have nothing to do with managing purchases or refunds, that is, we technically cannot do anything and provide you with a refund.
In response to this letter:
Guys, I found it extremely painful working with the theme “essentials” I bought today for $150.. that I decided to eliminate it and started working on s free one I found with the exact instructions (1 hour long) I found on YouTube. Do I have a chance to have some kind of refund? Please, you should take into account that many of your users are not well-informed or skilled in designing web pages. Moreover, we don’t know coding of any kind.
