Any customer support ? does paypal name has to match shopify business name?

First of all does this famous Shopify have any customer support for god’s sake for paying business account customers ?? I tried through the auto chat but it’s a dead end.

Secondly, for my Shopify business name under billing( i assume it shows to my clients usually) can i use my registered dba of my llc instead of my original llc name although my paypal is under my original llc name? and still get paid smoothly through shopify or my paypal?

Last, what is the best way to check that my store is fucntional and ready to go ?

If you’re referring to getting paid via Shopify Payments we would need to have a named individual on file whose identity matches that of the account owner in your admin settings.

  1. This system should be simplified to by default offer what most people want. So can you clearly send me the link where I can add applying to all products always automatically : All sales are final, no returns or refunds.

Generally speaking, you will need to have a named individual as the account owner for your Shopify store even when a business registration exists.
