We have an public that is using the shopify payment system subscription based but same case merchant used the app but payment was not clear more then 6 month billing cycle after one or store is frozen how to handle this type of the case.
I reach out to shopify team they suggestion the app credit.
any one can help me which is better what are the use case it was good.
