We cannot currently track the sales of bundle products created via the Shopify bundles app. The reports only tell about the child product sales used in creating the bundle and not the actual bundle bought.
Let me know if there is any way to track the bundle product sales directly.

I understand your requirements. This can be done through our app, Profit Bundles. Whenever a new bundle order comes in, the app will add the child components at zero price without removing the parent bundle product from the order. This can help you with reporting the actual sales of the bundle product, as the bundle product will still be part of the order.
