anyone experiencing delays with payments since setting up Shopify Balance account

I am having some very REAL delays with payouts after setting up Shopify Balance account. I decided not to use it though and want to continue to get paid to my outside bank but I used to get paid within 1-2 days, now it is 5-10 days and Shopify has escalated my issue but they are taking forever. Here are a few points to note – I can not connect to Shopify Balance to Plaid, I do not have a choice to even choose my bank account anymore with Shopify Balance … things are very messed up.

BTW - chat sucks and the fact that you can’t talk to a real person and that they all sound like bots is very disappointing. This issue has been going on since mid-Sept and not one person has been able to advise, offer suggestions or help at all.

Anyone have thoughts to share?
