I feel like there’s literally no way to get any help from the “help center”!! The page never loads! Tried on laptop. Different browser. Incognito mode. Never manage to even load the page once, not to mention speak to a so called 24/7 agent.
I had a problem with my subscription. Made a honest mistake regarding switching plan and was charged the most expensive plan. I understand Shopify work on a case-basis refund policy but I literally didn’t use the plan this month at all. Also deactivated my store because I don’t wanna use the plan anymore since I’m not getting any customer service!
Both the phone/email solutions were canceled and I was asked to use this “help center” which doesn’t even work!!

Can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to access the Help Center? If this issue is persisting across browsers and devices, this could mean that your internet service provider (ISP) is having a problem loading the Shopify platform. This does happen from time to time.
Are you able to try connecting through a mobile data connection or from another location to see if a different internet connection resolves the issue for you?

I also tried with my mobile data with correct link, which is basically the first thing I did. Also tried in different location. Home and workplace.
my laptop doesn’t seem to have a problem loading other Shopify pages EXCEPT Help Center. And there’s like no other way to talk to a Shopify staff.
im very frustrated for not getting help. I’m trying to solve the refund issue with my premium plan through Help Center since Sep 2nd but now 1/3 of the months has passed ??

Our social media support team doesn’t have access to merchant accounts, but they will be able to connect with some internal teams to assist in troubleshooting this with you.

Please try using this specific link to access the Help Center: https://help.shopify.com/shop-select. I recommend doing a browser cache and cookie clear first or opening the link in an incognito window.
If you still see an error message it would be very helpful for us to see the full URL in the address bar, if you can click into the address bar (if using mobile) and copy and paste or screenshot the full URL, that will really help us troubleshoot this.
