Sorry for my late reply, but what you’re looking at is called an in-cart upsell (or in-cart product recommendations). It shows product recommendations inside the cart based on the added products, so customers can add more items right before checkout.

PS: I’ll use BOGOS: Free Gift Bundle Upsell app as an example, as it supports in-cart product recommendations.

How to set it up:

1. Go to All Offers → Create Offer → Upsell → Frequently Bought Together
2. Choose which products will trigger the upsell widget in cart

3. Under Upsell method, choose Product Add-on & select among:

• Manual: you manually select the recommended products
• Auto (sync with your Shopify Search & Discovery app’s data if you have already set it up)
• Random: display random products in your collections/types/… to upsell in cart

4. In Display placement, select the cart drawer option

5. Set your discount

• Percentage (e.g., “Pair & Save 10%”)
• Amount (on each item) (set a money amount off for your upsell products)

6. Publish
7. Customize the widget
