Hi there, I run a small restaurant that’s been using shopify POS. We have enabled tipping and see the amount attributed to each employee ringing guests up. Is this amount included in the transfers we get to our bank account from shopify payments?
Great question! Tips are included in your Shopify Payments payouts and will be transferred to you in your normal payout timeframe. You can view this by opening an order with a tip, then scrolling down to the order timeline:
