Does anyone know if Sendle Australia is in trouble? I’ve used them in the past and have been reasonably happy, although seem to have loads of bad reviews.
They are not collecting causing me to waste hours trying to sort it out. Sendle advise 'rescheduled pick-ups’ and computer-generated ‘driver tried to collect’ - which definitely did not happen.
I had no choice but to change to Australia Post via Addition. The problem is, Australia Post is not a preferred partner of Shopify - which also causes problems.
If other people are experiencing similar problems, Shopify should be notified so they can come up with a viable solution.
