Hi there, our organisation is small but over the summer period we sell a product that is our main period for sales. We are experiencing issues with our courier provider and app integration Sendle. The couriers just don’t show up at pick up time anymore and packages are being elft for weeks.
What other courier service do you use? We were looking into Amarex but have noticed such low reviews. AusPost’s app integration is far too expensive. Any advice will help.
