Hi guys! I’ve been battling with the same customer inquiries over and over again for a bit now, and I’m sure some of you are going through the same thing. Do any of you also have the same problem? We have about 20 inquiries a day and most of them are always about the same topics (how long does shipping take? etc.).
We had this problem, but fortunately we’ve now found a great solution that has enabled us to get to grips with it:
- We have built a scenario in Make.com that is connected to Chat GPT.
- Here, the requests are first automatically categorized and it is determined what they are about
- Then another Chat GPT module is attached to it, which answers the requests on the basis of an assistant with a corresponding knowledge database behind it as if we had written it ourselves.
- They then automatically go into the draft folder, we now only go through them once a day, do a cross-check and then send the mails out directly
- Now we save 1-3 hours every day depending on the number
