Repetitive support questions are a common issue for businesses worldwide. To handle this efficiently, many stores use third-party chatbots like ChatGPT, Intercom, or Copilot, where they upload their support content to automatically answer FAQs, allowing their teams to focus on more critical tasks. But most of them are expensive.
