I would like some help with a tracking issue, or to know whether anyone else is experiencing the same product tracking issue I am experiencing with my Shopify store, and 2 print on demand suppliers that I have linked to my store.
The issue has been ongoing for months now and I have had no luck getting any help to rectify the issue – so therefore unable to launch my website.
I have tried everything, even paying developers, but none have had any luck to date, and neither Shopify nor Printful have had any success in sorting out my problem. I decided to try a second POD supplier to see if that would work, but I unfortunately had the same issue.
If I bulk turn on tracking in shopify, all products show zero in my store and out of stock on my website, if I make it so that the inventory is not tracked then every product shows as available so I have no idea whether the items are in stock or not at the POD supplier as all items except the discontinued items will then show as available on my website.
The weird thing is, this started after I had a theme redesign, and every item I created before that date worked perfectly and track as they should. I have been told by all parties that the issue is not the theme redesign but no further information has been forthcoming.
I even tried duplicating a working item, that didn’t work either.
If anyone can help with this issue I would be very grateful because I am very close to giving up with it.
