Automatically subscribe new POS customers to marketing.

Our store is set up that when we receive new customers online they are automatically signed up for marketing. However, we are using Shopify POS for our brick and mortar store and if someone on my team forgets to toggle a teeny tiny button almost out of view this customer is not signed up for our communications. Why is there no way to default this to yes like we can for the ecommerce store?

We can definitely understand the need for this functionality via POS. I’ll be sure to provide your feedback to our Retail Development Team for further consideration. If you have additional feedback you would like to share, we recommend navigating to the POS app. There will be options available in the Support tab of the POS app. This will allow you to directly communicate with our Retail Support Team who will be in the best position possible to further assist.
